American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery presents the 25th ASCBS Annual Workshop Friday June 5th to Monday June 8th 2009 at the Hyatt Newporter Resort located at 1107 Jamboree Road Newport Beach California USA Tel 949 729 1234 Fax 949 644 1552.

Course information describes goals of achieving natural looking results foundations of knowledge and coverage of anatomy implants complications and techniques. The fundamentals of anatomy physiology pathology and management of complications are presented. The use of saline silicone textured and smooth breast implants including for reconstruction after mastectomy and the avoidance of problems with these implants is discussed and debated.

The basic seminar consists of lectures demonstrations panel discussions and videotapes of surgical procedures covering approaches to breast implant surgery and management of complications. There is cadaver dissection demonstration and observation of live surgery with opportunity for study of anatomy from lectures and dissection taught and supervised by a university anatomist as well as experienced surgeons. Several surgeries of various types are planned at the end of the seminar with different surgeons performing the surgeries.

Monday June 8th 2009 and also Tuesday and or Wednesday include observation of live surgery with sign up at the registration desk and limited space for participants.
