This result is an axillary approach above the muscle. The absence of the pectoral major is on her right side.

Chest wall deformities such as with Poland's Syndrome, which occurs in males and females and is associated with unilateral lack of the pectoralis major, with mammary hypoplasia, and other abnormalities of the upper extremities, such as syndactyly.
