Description of the Nipple reduction Technique:

A nipple base incision is made, and the second circumferential incision is made at a level corresponding to the desired amount of reduction, usually 5 or 6 mm above the base. The skin excision is full-thickness.

The skin edges are sutured with 5.0 interrupted nylon sutures for 8 days.
The post-op pictures are 8 days after surgery.
